International Volleyball Club will run the IVC PRE-SEASON program 2024 from September 2nd until October 13th. All practices will take place at the Swiss Club twice a week, and female players age 10 - 18 can register.
IVC Pre-Season is a six-week program designed for our club players to prepare them for the upcoming IVC Team Tryouts and competitive club volleyball season. During the Pre-season program, we work on a build-up circuit in passing, setting, transition, hitting, serving, and rotational play. During this time, we start the screening process to identify the player's needs and work with them to improve their skills.
